I would give a negative rating if I could I paid $70 for a tire only to find out they had a plug in the side wall I will NEVER go back that is the most dishonest thing a tire shop could just dishonest and they should be ashamed to sell tires like that

Thank you to the men of Action Tire Express. I was in a tight spot and they helped point out safety concerns the previous shop I stopped at did not. They just told me to go somewhere else when I asked the to see the inside wall of the tire they were trying to put on my vehicle. Which I could see when he set it down was bald and tearing. I called in to this business and they were ready to help me as soon as I pulled in. They even offered to provide service of rotating for free to help me stay safe for the road. It was a pleasure to find some kindness still in this community. I definitely recommend to the next consumer in need of quick, friendly service!

I DON'T RECOMMEND. They are LIARS.I came for a set of tires for my car. Instead of a complete set of matching tires they offered me 2 same and 2 different tires in poor condition. This is a nightmare of a business. P.S. There was not a single word about different tires in the advertisement

Normally I would have nothing but good things to say about Chris and his crew but this time scheduling an oil change a week ago getting there and who ever the guy was telling me I had to wait because they over booked sorry not acceptable

I went in on my lunch break thinking a half hour would be plenty of time to get a single tire changed. Man was I wrong. It took an hour and a half. There was one person working, and he banged on my tire for an hour before bringing it out. Meanwhile the jack had collapsed, tearing a piece of my car off. When he finally did come out, he tried to charge me $60 for a used tire. Given my long wait and the damage my car sustained, I asked him if he could discount the tire price. He grabbed the tire, took it back in the shop, put my old tire back on, and told me to get out of there. So I left with no new tire, but an hour and a half out of my day and damage to my car. This used to be a reliable place, but obviously the new owner is doing a terrible job. There's a million other tire places on Arlington. Any of them are better than this one.
